How Does It Work?
It’s easy! Simply book your laundry need and select your treatment preferences. On laundry day, separate your regular laundry from your dry cleaning using laundry bags or plastic bags! We’ll send you a reminder the night before and again on the day of service so you don’t forget.
Once your clothes are cleaned, pressed, and ready to wear, we will return them neatly hung at your designated drop-off location.
Safe, Modern Cleaning Solutions
Dry cleaning is called “dry” because it doesn’t use water. Historically, a chemical called Perchloroethylene (PERC) was used in the process, but due to its toxicity, it has been phased out for over a decade. At V.I Top Notcch Laundry, we’ve never used PERC.
Instead, our partner dry cleaning facilities utilize liquid silicone, a light, non-toxic solvent that is safe and modern. It’s chemically inert and not petroleum-based, making it the new standard for dry cleaning.
That said, only about 15% of garments sent to us require this solvent. We always refer to the care label on your clothing to determine whether the item needs to be dry cleaned or laundered and pressed.

How Fast is Dry Cleaning Delivered?
Dry cleaning is delivered in two days. While we offer next-day delivery for wash and fold laundry, the dry cleaning process takes a bit longer due to its complexity. But rest assured, your garments will be returned looking crisp and refreshed, within two days.
